Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of AnvilPoint Cuyahoga Falls Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided
AnvilPoint Cuyahoga Falls Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete installation, repair, and related services. All services are subject to written estimates and formal contracts. We make every effort to complete work as described, but factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or site complications, may affect project timelines and scope. Any changes to the agreed-upon work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to finance charges as permitted by Ohio law. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property in accordance with state construction lien laws.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract and typically cover defects in workmanship and materials for a specified period. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow any maintenance recommendations we provide and notify us promptly of any issues.
Liability Limitations
While we carry comprehensive liability insurance, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked by the appropriate utility companies, nor for pre-existing conditions not disclosed during the initial site evaluation. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total contract price for your project. We recommend that property owners verify utility locations and disclose any known site issues before work begins.
Project Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your project after signing a contract, please notify us as soon as possible. We will provide a revised estimate for any additional work or materials. Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be responsible for all costs incurred up to that point, plus a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and administrative expenses. Cancellations made before any work has started may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover estimates, scheduling, and lost opportunity costs.
Property Access and Safety
By hiring us, you grant us access to your property during agreed-upon working hours. You are responsible for securing pets, removing valuable items from work areas, and ensuring our crew has clear access to the project site. We maintain safe working conditions and follow industry safety standards, but you agree to keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from active work areas. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other property features not identified during the initial site evaluation.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Summit County, Ohio, and governed by Ohio state law.
